Jinling Institute of Technology (JIT), located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, offers full-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses in advanced science and technological fields. The university structures itself upon the strategic research of the reform pilot of the Ministry of Education on application-oriented universities of science and technology. The university is the founding unit of the Association of Universities (Colleges) of Applied Science and chairs the Alliance of Applied Undergraduate Universities in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
